Jeramy and Jen were married on April 8th, with a ceremony and reception at the Maryland Science Center.
Jen and Jeramy’s Maryland Science Center Wedding
I always love when I’m asked to photograph a wedding at a unique venue like this. Every wedding is different, of course, and I’m always able to find the joy in whatever place I’m asked to go, but there’s something even more exciting about being able to photograph an event at a place like the Maryland Science Center. After all, how many people do you know that can say they had a dinosaur skeleton in their reception?
I’ve noticed in my career as a wedding photographer that venues often reflect the couples who choose them. For Jeramy and Jen, the Maryland Science Center was a reflection of how much fun they always have with each other, not to mention the way they find joy in the world around them. Just watching the way they interacted with their friends and family, I knew that they had something special.
The guests were also able to take advantage of the unique setting. There were plenty of guests wandering around the science center—and who could blame them? It’s not every day you get to go to a wedding and learn more about the world you live in!
Baltimore Wedding Photography
The sights were something spectacular as well. We had such a beautiful view of the city and the Baltimore Inner Harbor waterfront. And if that wasn’t enough, we were also treated to fireworks at midnight! The fireworks were probably my favorite part of the day; it allowed us to send off the newlywed couple with the proper feeling of celebration.
Jen & Jeramy, thank you for asking me to be your wedding photographer. I know that both of you will continue to shine together—and do things your own way!
