Anne + Brandon | Married

A Stoltzfus Homestead and Gardens Wedding | Lancaster County, Pennsylvania

If you saw Anne and Brandon’s engagement session on the blog, you know they’re an incredibly fun couple that are truly best friends and are so in love. Their wedding was amazing and I’ve been so excited to share it with you!  They chose Stoltzfus Homestead and Gardens as their venue. The gorgeous barns, beautiful grounds and amazing staff made it the their top choice, and they’re so happy they were able to get married there.

On their wedding day, the weather was absolutely perfect! It was sunny and breezy, with gorgeous lighting that photographers love all day long. The ladies got ready at the bridal suite and there was no shortage of laughter and happiness. Whenever Anne has a big day, she always starts it with a “Monster” drink. Since this was her “biggest day” she felt like they all had to have one. In the photos, you can see them “toasting” to a fabulous wedding with their energy drinks in hand!

After getting ready, Anne had a first look with her father. It was so sweet and you could see the love on his face when he saw his daughter all perfectly adorned for her groom.

Anne and Brandon decided to do a “first look” together outside under the trees. It was one of the most emotional first looks I’ve seen. Brandon was so overcome with love and admiration for Anne, that he literally sobbed. It didn’t take long for him to get his emotions under control and we got some beautiful outdoor shots before the wedding.

I love the sliding doors of the Tobacco Barn at Stoltzfus. When those doors slide open and the bride is standing there with all of the dreamy light flowing in from behind her, it is almost other-worldly.  From the look on Brandon’s face, you wouldn’t have known that he had even seen Anne just a little while before the wedding. Once again, he was in awe. The ceremony was so special with Brandon’s best friend officiating. When they were finally announced as “man and wife”, it was such a happy moment!

After the wedding, we were able to get some amazing photos around the Homestead. Anne and Brandon looked stunning. The reception was so fun, with some amazing dance moves during the first dance, father/daughter dance and the mother/son dance! Everyone had a such great time! Great food, dancing and outdoor games gave their day the romantic, laid back vibe they had hoped for.

Even though they had to cut their guest list from over 200 to around 70, they still couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day. They got to enjoy their guests and everyone felt safe with so much outdoor air flowing through and so many options of things to do.

It was truly a beautiful day, filled with so much love and happiness. It was my honor to capture your memories for you! Congratulations, Mr and Mrs Smith! May you have many years of marital bliss, pinky promises and mac and cheese!

And they lived happily ever after.
