As she walked along the path leading to her future groom, she was amazed at the beauty all around her. Beautiful flowers, pristine trees…all of nature seemed to be waiting for the grand event to take place! In Jenna’s mind, it was like a wonderful dream. The day had finally arrived for her to pledge her love to Chris forever and she couldn’t have imagined it being any more perfect.
Our world had been full of so much uncertainty over the summer and it seemed as if some of it was settling down a bit. Everyone was definitely ready to celebrate something wonderful, and that’s exactly what Gabi and Roy’s wedding was. The day was filled with so much joy and laughter. Stone Mill Inn had done a superb job to calm any fears they had and everything was planned to perfection.
They were friends in high school, and then became college sweethearts. In 2014, Roy took Gabi to Lake Redman in York, Pa and asked her to be his girlfriend. Since that seemed to work for him, he decided to try the same place to ask her to be his wife. So, this past year, on a rainy day, they went back there for a picnic, and Roy popped the question. Gabi was so happy to say yes! Ironically, on the day of their engagement shoot, it also rained! (On a positive note, in some cultures, this a symbol of good luck) The rain actually worked in our favor, and the photos turned out beautifully.
Justin and Kassandra’s Stone Mill Inn wedding was special in so many ways. You’ll love the photos of the sunlight peeking through the trees in the late afternoon, the beauty of the historic mansion that so perfectly fit their style, and the entertainment the bride and groom provided their guests with their “Blues Brothers” wedding dance.
